Sophie CASTILLE first studied business in the higher business school in Chambéry (ESC), then she spent three years working for an organizational auditing firm in Paris, and eventually went back to the North of France, her native region.

Now she is an adviser in flexible time management, besides she is responsible for organizational management. In addition to that she follows up industrial and food processing projects.
